I have lived a life chasing passions and dreams. Before I found my calling in UX Design,
I was first a Software Engineer, then completely changed my career to fashion design.
I have worked as an entrepreneur as well as having had the privilege to work with some of the most important and influential companies and in both industries.

I started my fashion career in Australia before moving to New York in 2013. I have had my own business specializing in women’s special occasion clothing, and have designed for brands such as Ralph Lauren, Guess and Carla Zampatti.
My deep understanding of the retail industry, its users/customers and its ecosystem allows me to think beyond screens and more effectively dot connect across front end, back end, operations, marketing and other teams.

Cincom Systems - Technical Software Consultant
Cincom was the world’s first software company specializing in enterprise software solutions.
My role was as a Technical Software Consultant involved in pre-sales activities, meeting with clients to define and analyse requirements, and helping to build software solutions that successfully met business needs.
Conducted presentations, technical support, front end development, and implementation projects for MRP, ERP and CRM systems.
Successful requirements engineering to solve business operational complexities and implementation of customised modules, through to delivery and training of personnel.
Provided support to clients, maintained healthy client relations, and provided training to end users.
Worked with pre sales team to devise solutions, and also with the back end development team in Israel to provide insight into highly technical modifications that would best suit client needs for future software versions.
Serco Australia and Royal Australian Navy - Software Engineer
As a Software Engineer, I developed new and updated existing software for large-scale operational systems and simulators for the Royal Australian Navy’s tactical warfare systems.
Met with clients (Naval commanders) to define requirements for implementation projects, then delivered training to end users.
Programmed Naval training systems in C++ and Delphi, undertook testing and packaged versions.
Wrote systems manuals and training manuals., and performed training sessions.
