Sunbelt Rentals is one of the largest equipment rental companies in the world. Allowing renting and purchasing for a variety of very large to small equipment, facilitating delivery and pickup from multiple locations requires complicated logistics and handling.

My role was to create user experiences and prototypes for features in searching, renting, purchasing, managing equipments and invoice payments that felt intuitive and completed the task smoothly. I used our research team’s research on top of my own best practice research and data analytics (using Google Analytics and ContentSquare) to drive my design work.
